Implus Corporation has appointed Michael Polk as its Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective
February 10, 2020. This leadership transition follows the decision of former
CEO Seth Richards and President Todd Vore to pursue other opportunities. 

Polk brings extensive experience from his previous roles as President and CEO of Newell
Brands and various executive positions at Unilever and Kraft. He is also a board member of Colgate-Palmolive Company and Logitech International.
