Town Residential, one of the fastest growing luxury real estate service firms in New York City is set to open a new office in New York’s meatpacking district. The office will be the company’s 10th new agency opening since the company began business operations over three years ago. This office choice was intentionally done too. The opening brings with it an extensive number of extremely desirable residential neighborhoods that line the Hudson River. It also gives new homeowners easy access to the Whitney Museum, The Standard, HighLine Hotel and the Chelsea Market. The new office should make quite an impact on Town Residential’s business because the firm’s principals are positive that their brokers will take their clients along the impressive High Line to appointments.
Town Residential has taken the bold move of leasing the entire second floor of their new offices on W. 14th Street in a 15-year deal. In addition to the prime location, the new 7,100 square foot office also has exceptional amenities which include not only 16-foot ceilings but also access to a private deck on the roof of the three-story office space. None of this comes as a surprise to anyone, though, because the new offices are just an extension of the flair and mastery of Andrew Heiberger, Town Residential’s owner, and CEO. Heiberger has stated that Town Residential’s new offices on the Hudson will be the only brokerage office in New York with such a beautiful outdoor space for brokers to meet and work with clients.
In addition to their new offices, the company is also adding the boutique brokerage firm of Thomas and Ingram to the team. This will increase Town Residential’s marketing base by including the West Village where Thomas and Ingram have concentrated their sales efforts. Andrew Heiberger also sees the entire west side of New York City growing into a continuous string of high-end neighborhoods with his new office right in the middle of them. He has also declared that the staff of their newest offices will cover all of the markets from the Hudson Yards to TriBeCa. In recent months Town Residential has opened other high profile locations including its new headquarters building at 33 Irving Place just east of Union Square in addition to offices in Greenwich Village at 530 LaGuardia Place.
Because of their aggressive moves since their opening, Town Residential, in just five years, has been able to seal its position as the foremost Luxury service firm in New York City. This has been done not only because of Town Residential’s specialization in luxury residential sales but also because of its team of highly talented and dedicated real estate professionals. Town Residential’s remarkable success is also because of its simple yet inclusive business plan, Their plan is dedicated to giving equal value and resources to not only new sales but also to the development of marketing and rentals. They also strive to be New York’s real estate leader in all three of these areas. They also recognize that each real estate transaction they engage in has a common thread and that common thread is the client. A client that wants exceptional customer service, transparency of information, neighborhood expertise, and professional guidance throughout the total sales process.
