The office will be the company’s 10th new agency opening since the company began business operations over three years ago. This office choice was intentionally done too. Town Residential has taken the bold move of leasing the entire second floor of their new offices on W. 14th Street in a 15-year deal. None of this comes as a surprise to anyone, though, because the new offices are just an extension of the flair and mastery of Andrew Heiberger, Town Residential’s owner, and CEO. He has also declared that the staff of their newest offices will cover all of the markets from the Hudson Yards to TriBeCa. In recent months Town Residential has opened other high profile locations including its new headquarters building at 33 Irving Place just east of Union Square in addition to offices in Greenwich Village at 530 LaGuardia Place.
